Boy, 7, killed by car driven by neighbour outside family’s Melton South home

A young child has died after being hit by a car in a horrific accident outside his family home in Melbourne. Saad Masud was riding a scooter on the footpath outside his Melton South home when he veered off onto the road from behind a parked van.
