A childcare centre has been fined $14,500 after a toddler was able to leave the premises unnoticed for almost 30 minutes. The three-year-old, who was in the care of Only About Children (OAC) Morningside on Thynne Rd in Brisbane, left the centre on June 23, 2023, the Queensland Department of Education said on Friday.
