Carlton have submitted its findings on Elijah Hollands’ mental health episode to the AFL as investigations continue outside the club. The AFL and Victorian workplace safety watchdog WorkSafe are both asking questions about the Round 6 incident, with the Blues’ knowledge and handling of the 23-year-old’s condition under scrutiny.
