A 10-month-old puppy that was allegedly stolen from outside a shopping plaza in Melbourne’s southeast has been reunited with her family while one woman has been charged and police hunt for a remaining offender. Black cavoodle Dora was tied to a pole outside 670 Chapel St plaza in South Yarra when police allege she was taken on Monday afternoon.
