A letter delivered to a 78-year-old Collingwood fan promoting the club’s bequest program has gone viral on social media, sparking widespread outrage among AFL followers who have accused the club of insensitivity and “vile” cash grabbing. While all AFL clubs have various bequest programs (and some have had them for years), it is understood the Collingwood program is a totally new initiative.
