Hundreds of motorists in Victoria’s northeast have been overcharged on their parking fines for almost two decades, with a local council explaining what to do if caught up in the mistake. Mansfield Shire Council says it has identified a historical administrative issue that has impacted up to 765 parking infringements dating back to 2009.
