A father with a rare disability has been left devastated after thieves broke into his home while his young children slept before allegedly stealing and burning the car tailored to his mobility needs. The 39-year-old Shellharbour father, who wishes to be identified only as Jamie, woke at 4am on Saturday to find the fridge door open and the back door ajar at his NSW South Coast home.
