Guzman y Gomez co-chief executive Hilton Brett will cut his workload as he prepares for a kidney transplant later this year, leaving a question mark over the company’s leadership in Australia. The company on Monday told investors Mr Brett would be required to undergo certain medical procedures in preparation for his transplant.
