King Charles has delivered a heartfelt message to pay tribute to his late mother Queen Elizabeth II on what would’ve been her 100th birthday. In a three-minute video released on Tuesday, the monarch said the royal family were pausing to “reflect on the life and loss of a Sovereign who meant so much to us” while also celebrating her enduring legacy.
