A builder entrusted with completing Sydney’s newest motorway has been issued with a default notice amid a nearly two-year-long stand-off with the state government. Transport for NSW has told the contractor, CGU, to resume work on the final tenth of the motorway between Arncliffe and Kogarah by May or face legal action.
