Sydney Roosters centre Billy Smith has been ruled out of the grudge match against South Sydney, after suffering a concussion in an e-bike accident near training. In a further blow for the Tri-colours, Smith is also set miss next week’s bumper clash with Penrith under the NRL concussion policy.
