Watchdog to investigate complaints of police misconduct during anti-Herzog protest in Sydney

A police watchdog has announced it will be investigating how police handled a protest against the visit of Israeli President Isaac Herzog to Sydney. The Law Enforcement Conduct Commission (LECC) announced on Friday it will undertake an investigation following “a significant number of complaints” over the operation at the protest, which took place at Town Hall on Monday.
